At Pet Expertise, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a style or fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is free of pet hair.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
